(3) Drink a glass of red wine with dinner. According to the studies, it can lower risk of heart attack by 30-50%. (4)Take a hard look at your expenses. I have called all vendors, phone companies, internet, etc and have been able to renegotiate my plans so that I’m saving A lot more money. I love saving money!!
